Where do you ship to?

We deliver to most locations across India. Please enter your pin code at checkout to confirm if we provide service to your area.

Can I cancel / change my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within three hours of placing your order. After three hours, we will begin processing your order and won't be able to cancel it.

Just in case, the reason behind the cancellation is that you like some other product on our website. Then our team can definitely help you out with the replacement for the same. In this case, the team shall be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Where are all your products manufactured?

Every product we offer is designed and manufactured within India.

Do you offer customization options for art prints?

Yes, we offer various customization options, including size adjustments, frame selections, and the addition of custom logos or text. Please reach out to discuss your specific requirements, and we will be happy to assist you.

Is the art listed on the website prints or paintings?

All the art in our website at present are prints, they are not paintings. They are art designed by talented designers and artists which is then printed on our fine art media.

Shipping

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and express shipping options. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
For large or bulk orders, we can arrange special shipping and handling.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the order size, customization options, and shipping method chosen.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Custom orders may take a little longer than standard orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

The following are the only cases we accept returns and provide a replacement for your order:

1. Item was damaged on arrival to the buyer's location

2. Item has a prior defect 

3. Wrong item was shipped to the buyer

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For framed and unframed prints replacements are only accepted if you receive a broken frame or glass or damaged print. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I exchange or return a product?

As all our products are made to order, we have to review each case separately for return. On receiving the product, you have a 2 day (48 hour) window to contact us if there is an issue with your order. After 2 days (48 hours) all sales are marked final, and no case can be opened. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement of your item as quickly as possible.

What if my payment is not going through?
