RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

Welcome to Monalisa Buys Art. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility

As all our products are made to order, we have to review each case separately for return. On receiving the product, you have a 2 day (48 hour) window to contact us if there is an issue with your order. After 2 days (48 hours) all sales are marked final, and no case can be opened. 

The following are the only cases we accept returns and provide a replacement for your order:

1. Item was damaged on arrival to the buyer's location. 

2. Item has a prior defect 

3. Wrong item was shipped to the buyer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For framed and unframed prints replacements are only accepted if you receive a broken frame or glass or damaged print. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To return or exchange please contact us on support@monalisabuysart.com / +91 8709188230 with the following details:

(i) Subject - Return / Exchange
(ii) Reason for return
(iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order
(iv) Please include a photo with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will replace your original order within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@monalisabuysart.com / +91 8709188230 with photos of the damage and your order number if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom prints, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation

It's important to note that each piece of artwork is made to order, which means that we begin working on it after you place your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within three hours of placing your order. After three hours, we will begin processing your order and won't be able to cancel it. In case you wish to cancel please call/write back to us as soon as possible, and we can let you know if the order can be cancelled.

Just in case, the reason behind the cancellation is that you like some other product on our website. Then our team can definitely help you out with the replacement for the same. In this case, the team shall be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.
